Title: Seafood Crepes Mornay

3 Eggs
1/4tsSalt
1cMilk
3/4cFlour
3tbButter
  Filling:
1/4cButter
1cTiny scallops
1cBaby shrimps
1cCooked crab meat
2cMORNAY sauce
2cGrated cheddar

Crepes: Whip eggs until very light. Add salt & milk. Fold flour a little at a time. Lightly grease a heated skillet with a little butter. Pour in enough batter to cover bottom of pan. Rotate pan to spread batter into thin layer. Grill crepe until brown. Turn over & cook 30 seconds & remove to plate.

Filling: Preheat oven to 350. Heat butter in pan. Add scallops & saute. Add shrimp & crab. Simmer 3 minutes. Stir in sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon 3 Tbls. filling onto each crepe & roll. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
